Inside the project
It is not a translator written from scratch: it is a workflow built inside Cursor, with skills and memories I taught it about the domain and the conventions of the existing code. Migrating a fleet of programs by hand does not scale — sooner or later the only way forward is to make the migration itself a piece of software, and teach it the trade.
