Inside the project
Travel agencies across Italy use the platform every day: every step has to happen while the system stays live, with no maintenance windows and without losing established behaviours that no specification ever wrote down. It is not just a rewrite: the new side has to be designed from scratch, and the database — structure and performance — is where I have made the biggest difference.
